"Recovery Coaching"
--Beth Belzer, Endless Possibilities

Recovery Coaching:

As a Recovery Life Coach, Beth Belzer provides one-on-one coaching for men, couples, and also provides a Coaching Circle for families impacted by addiction.

Recovery Coaches do what other professional coaches do, while serving those individuals already in recovery, seeking to recover, or wanting reduced suffering from addiction. Recovery Life Coaching (RLC) uses a strength-based approach and helps clients find and use their values, assets and strengths while coaching them to fulfillment. RLC provides greater focus and awareness of choices, actions, and responsibility. RLC focuses on coaching clients to create and sustain fulfilling lives, careers, businesses, while advancing the client’s progress in recovery.

A Recovery Life Coach client with a history of addiction, usually comes from a family or environment of addiction. Addictions are not only relegated to substances; addictive behavior can, and does, exist in relationships, lifestyle, and emotional situations. RLC is for clients who seek to improve their life, reach goals, building a strong foundation and create a life worth staying healthy for. Results are a matter of the client’s intentions, choices, and actions taken, supported by the coach’s efforts and application of the coaching process.

Coaching Circles create a safe, inviting space where men, women, and families are supported and empowered by each other. Attending a coaching circle is also a great first step to determine if further one-on-one coaching is right for a particular person’s needs.

Meetings are facilitated and lightly structured. At the same time, each circle develops a unique identity based on its participants. Our guiding theme, “From Recovery to Resiliency,” makes our coaching circles particularly helpful for the individual who wants to ease the transition between 12-step or other recovery group meetings and future growth work.

Coaching Circles meet weekly, and participants make a 3-month commitment to the group. Contact us for a meeting schedule and more information.

Endless Possibilities offers training to non-profit groups and recovery programs. We can train staff in different modalities designed to help men and women in substance abuse or domestic violence situations.

Endless Possibilities also offers consulting services to non-profit groups and recovery programs seeking to develop or update their own offerings to people in need.
